Enterprise improves Priority Pass program

Enterprise has improved its Priority Pass program.

The updated Priority Pass now expedites travel with a self-service option that allows customers to complete the reservation process online 

The updated option helps insurance partners such as USAA. Once members file a claim, USAA can rely on Priority Pass to make sure they can get into a rental vehicle quickly and seamlessly. Body shops also benefit from Priority Pass in this way.

"Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers the vehicle they need, when and how they need it," said Bruce Clifton, Enterprise’s vice president of insurance. "We believe our evolving mobility platform positions us perfectly to better serve our insurance partners and their customers by offering the right technology at the right time.
