Hilton Garden Inn modernizes food and beverage options
Hilton Garden Inn has unveiled changes to its food and beverage concepts to address consumers’ changing dining preferences. Specific F&B enhancements include new retail space featuring enhanced grab-and-go menu items available 24/7, with a mix of fresh locally-sourced foods, snacks and beverages. The new concept replaces the existing Pavilion Pantry in all locations within the next few years.
The redesigned breakfast buffet will feature an open-display kitchen and the new restaurant offering will be beverage-centered, with signature cocktails, varietal wines and craft beers, complemented by appetizers, small plates and dinner entrees. In-room dining options will include grab-and-go or “packaged delivery” choices available for in- room delivery.
The F&B upgrade has initially launched in several n properties, including Arlington and Spring in Texas, Pensacola, FL, Silver Spring, MD, Seattle and Krakow, Poland. The initiative is the second phase of a major revamp of the Hilton Garden Inn global brand; additional components of the brand-wide program are set to launch in the coming months.
