Hilton has converted a former Wyndham property to the 280-guestroom DoubleTree by Hilton Portland Maine.
The brand redesigned the hotel’s 280 guestrooms and public spaces and reinvented the Blue Wave Grill restaurant. It also did some environmental improvements to the property’s storm water treatment system in an effort to preserve the Long Creek watershed.
Guestrooms have complimentary wireless, work desks with ergonomic chairs, 37-inch HD LCD televisions and MP3-compatible alarm clocks.
For meetings, the hotel offers 13,000 square feet of flexible conference space. It also features a 24-hour self-service business center with complimentary printing.
The hotel also offers a fitness center and indoor heated pool.
