Starwood has plans to expand its presence into Manila with the opening of the Westin Manila Bayshore and the Sheraton Manila Hotel.

Both hotels will be part of mixed-use entertainment complexes. The Westin Manila Bayshore is slated to open in mid-2016, and the Sheraton Manila Hotel will open in early 2017.

The 600-guestroom Westin Manila Bayshore will be housed in the Resorts World Bayshore mixed-use development in Entertainment City, a master-planned development in Manila Bay. The mixed-use development will also feature a grand opera house, luxury mall, gaming facilities and entertainment. The hotel will also feature fitness facilities, a pool, a spa and 7,500 square feet of meeting space.

The 350-guestroom Sheraton Manila Hotel will be in Metro Manila across from Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 3. Resorts World Manila, the mixed-use development that will house the hotel, will feature restaurants, entertainment, a luxury mall and gaming facilities. The hotel itself will offer three restaurants and 1,300 square feet of meeting space.
