The Guestbook offers “Trip Cash” as part of its loyalty program

The Guestbook loyalty program originally launched in November of 2015 has upped the ante.  They program announced it’s newest feature – Trip Cash – which gives members double cash back when they redeem their rewards at nearly 500 boutique and independent hotels. 

“We built The Guestbook because we knew there was a better way to not only book online, but to foster direct hotel-to-guest dialogue that had been broken down by online travel websites,” said James Gancos, Founder and CEO of The Guestbook. “For us it’s about providing as much convenience and value as possible for both our members and our hotel partners, and Trip Cash enables us to do just that.”

The Guestbook has added over 150 hotels to its network .  The newest properties in the collection are Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, Menin Hospitality & Elegancia Hotels, which include properties in Las Vegas, South Beach and Paris.

The good news is The Guestbook is free and only requires an email address for its members.  There are currently close to 500 independent and boutique properties around the world to select. Guests have the ability to book a stay on the hotel’s website or direct from The Guestbook’s site. In addition to the 5% instant cash back off the lowest rates, many hotels offer 5% cash back on in-stay restaurant and spa purchases as well.  To redeem their cash back, members have their choice of PayPal or a range of other rewards card options, including American Express, Visa, Target, Apple, Bloomingdales and many others.
