Thompson Hotels re-brands Hotel Victor in Miami’s South Beach

Thompson Hotels has acquired the Hotel Victor in South Beach and will be re-branding the hotel as the Thompson Ocean Drive.
The hotel will have multi-million dollar renovations to its guestrooms and public spaces, and which will be completed in early 2012.
The 90-guestroom Hotel Victor originally opened in 1936 and had a major restoration in 2004. The hotel has an infinity pool, 6,000-square foot spa, an Italian restaurant, three lounges and bars and 6,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor meeting space.
