Starwood has opened the St. Regis Shenzhen, its tallest hotel yet and the tallest building in the Chinese city.
The hotel will occupy the top 28 floors of the 100-story building. The property’s 297 guestrooms all feature views of the city. Guests can relax at the hotel’s Iridium Spa and dine at a variety of restaurants.
For an evening cocktail, guests should head down to the St. Regis Bar and the Drawing Room on the 96th floor. The hotel also keeps up the tradition of afternoon tea. On the 95th floor, guests can find Social, which has all-day dining with international cuisine. Elba located on the 99th floor serves Mediterranean cuisine and fine wines. The 100th floor features Decanter, an urban wine bar with Shenzhen’s largest selection of wines. Malt and Library located in the penthouse is a classic whisky and cigar bar serving single malts and Cuban cigars.
For meetings, the hotel offers 6,890 square feet of meeting and function space that includes a ballroom and eight event rooms.
