Accor Premieres Website Exclusively for Apartments and Villas
The platform – apartmentsandvillas.accor.com – offers a portfolio of over 50,000 accommodations in 350-plus destinations
French hospitality group Accor has announced the launch of a website for apartments and villas exclusively featuring the rental of private residences and extended stay hotels. The site lists over 50,000 apartments, villas and chalets available in more than 350 destinations.
The portfolio consists of Accor’s 15 extended stay hotel brands, including Adagio, Mantra and Hyde Living, as well as privately-owned branded residences including Raffles Residences, Banyan Tree Residences, Delano Residences, Fairmont Residences and SLS Residences.
The site also includes private rentals from Onefinestay, the London-based luxury serviced homes provider which Accor acquired in 2016.
Guests booking on the site will find fully equipped apartments, villas, houses and suites while enjoying the benefits of the ALL-Accor Live Limitless lifestyle loyalty program.
In addition, the group says the site offers a new cancellation policy with greater flexibility plus the assurance of enhanced hygiene protocols and prevention measures to ensure guest safety.
Jeff Tisdall, senior vice president-development residential and extended stay, said the launch of apartmentsandvillas.accor.com is an important milestone and further reinforces Accor’s leadership position in the extended stay hotel and branded residence segments. Yassine Hachem, vice president, guest digital product, said the new tool reflects Accor’s “ongoing commitment to innovation as consumer travel needs evolve.”
