Conrad Dublin Offers Guests Authentic Irish Experience For St. Patrick’s Day

Travelers get an authentic Irish experience during the holiday as the hotel partners with popular local establishments.


In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, Conrad Dublin debuts a list of spirited events for guests to enjoy an exclusive Irish experience just in time for the holiday. New experiences include the Irish Heritage Package in collaboration with EPIC, the Irish Emigration Museum, which offers a stay at the property and access to 1,500 years of history in an interactive gallery experience. Also find the Literary Life Package, which gives guests a truly authentic visit featuring personalized poems and champagne toast with on-site Limerick Butler.

Travelers who book a stay at Conrad Dublin can soak in the culture of the EPIC Irish Emigration Museum in the heart of Dublin by booking the Irish Heritage Package. As the world’s only fully-digital museum, EPIC provides travelers a one-of-a-kind interactive experience in state-of-the-art galleries. With over 1,500 years of history in music, literature, sport, politics, fashion and science, this museum brings Irish heritage to life. In addition to accommodations and breakfast at the luxury Ireland hotel, guests will receive two tickets to the EPIC museum, visit to the Irish Family Centre and a month’s subscription to the center’s online database. At the history center, genealogy experts will guide guests through their vast database of digitized records giving them access to their Irish heritage long after St. Patrick’s Day.

Starting at $421 per night, the Irish Heritage Package is available through December 31, 2019 accommodating up to two adults and includes:

•Two tickets to experience EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum in Dublin

•Month subscription to the Irish Family History Centre following guests’ stay

The package must be booked at least 3 days in advance.

Starting at $583 for two people, the Literary Life Package gives guests a personalized experience with the world’s first Limerick Butler. Offering guests access to one-of-a-kind, original poems, the Limerick Butler, is available to be on-site by request with his typewriter in hand this St. Patrick’s Day all guests need to do is provide three words or a short story.

“St. Patrick’s Day is our favorite holiday in Dublin and the best time of the year for guests to experience Ireland’s rich cultural heritage,” said Martin Mangan, general manager of Conrad Dublin. “Through our partnership with EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum and personalized poems by our very own Limerick Butler, visitors get to experience this special day with a true Irish perspective.”

Conrad Dublin will also offer programming starting Monday, March 11, including a complimentary one-hour walking tour of Dublin highlighting the best places for tourists through a Dubliner’s perspective. Additionally, guests can enjoy the “Lucky Green” cocktail, complete with Gunpowder Irish Gin, Grand Mariner, guava syrup, lime juice and basil leaves, available at Lemuel’s bar and lounge while taking in the fresh shamrock and flowers displayed throughout the hotel. On St. Patrick’s Day weekend, Lemuel’s will invite guests to learn how to pour the perfect pint with the “Pour Your Own Guinness” tap. Festivities continue through the official holiday on March 17 with shamrock face painting available at breakfast and local Irish musicians performing in the lobby during the day and at Lemuel’s throughout the evening.
