Courtyard by Marriott will return to the Dupont Circle neighborhood in Washington, DC, in November. The completely renovated 10-story property is centrally located at 1733 N Street NW in an historic mixed residential and commercial neighborhood.
The hotel offers 143 guestrooms decked out in a mid-century modern, innovative redesign in both king and double queen layouts featuring contemporary custom furniture and the latest technology.
The lobby welcomes visitors with check in pods and contemporary, flexible spaces that offer semi-private high-backed booths with built-in monitors conducive to meetings or relaxing while enjoying the hotel’s free WiFi.
The hotel’s redesign also features two food and beverage options adjacent to the hotel lobby. The Bistro will offer fast-casual dining and The Crate, a 24/7 ready-made concept that is a new prototype for the Courtyard brand, the Crate is making its regional debut in the Dupont Circle location.
The hotel also offers a fitness center with strength training and cardio equipment for guests.
Located near the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle and the National Geographic Museum, this Courtyard property will be the fifth for the Marriott brand in the nation’s capital. Another Marriott property in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, the Ven at Embassy Row, joined Marriott’s luxury Tribute Portfolio last January.
