Four Seasons Seattle Room Tour

A look at a Deluxe King City View at Four Seasons Seattle and the launch of Cadillac XT4

I recently headed up to Seattle to participate in the global launch of the Cadillac XT4, their new, compact crossover SUV. The host hotel was the stylish Four Seasons Seattle, located downtown at the corner of Union Street and 1st Ave. From the heated, rooftop infinity pool (the city’s only one) to the foodie-approved Goldfinch Tavern in the lobby, it really delivered a luxurious yet local experience.

My room was typical of new Four Seasons properties (it was opened in 2015), very nice fit and finish and very high quality materials used for surfaces and for furniture. I also liked the huge, mostly marble, spa-like bathroom, another brand standard for new Four Seasons properties. With only 147 rooms and suites, the hotel offers more of a luxury boutique hotel experience, which was very nice.

The Four Seasons Seattle is very centrally located downtown, in the waterfront area, making tourist stops like the Pike Place Market a short walk away. The entire area along 1st Ave. is lined with bars and restaurants so there’s a lot to see, do and eat right near the hotel. I also liked that there was a Target (with groceries) right across the street.

Here’s a look at my Deluxe because it was on the hotel’s top (10th) floor, King because of the king bed and city view because it didn’t quite have the direct Puget Sound view that some of the hotel’s accommodations offer.

.

I was quite impressed with the little XT4 SUV, Cadillac. Check back for the full review here on the Business Traveler USA website next week.
