Furnished Quarters Plans To Offer Real-Time Booking
Furnished Quarters, the furnished-apartment provider, will offer a real-time booking feature this fall as part of a major investment in technology.
The initiatives include a relaunched website, a revamped customer app and a growing technology team. Guests in Furnished Quarters apartments will have access to an enhanced version of MyFQ, an app that provides stay-related resources such as arrival information, housekeeping schedules, service requests, reservation modification and other features.
Steve Brown, CEO, said, “It isn’t enough to just offer the best accommodations.”
Today’s guests, he said, expect the ability to book instantly and have access to updated information anytime, anywhere. The expanded technology team will be headed by Cory Haber, vice president of technology, who has led the growth and expansion of the company’s initiatives in this area.
