Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Debuts
The five-star hotel and beach club is part of the new AED12 billion Yas Bay development
Hilton has announced the opening of its five-star Abu Dhabi Yas Island hotel, set to debut Thursday, Feb. 18. The new 545 room hotel features a beach club, signature dining venues and cafes, a fully equipped kids’ club, a spa, and a multi-purpose conference center.
Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is part of Miral’s AED4 billion ($1 billion) investment into Yas Bay. The hotel is located on Yas Bay Waterfront, one of three districts in the AED12 billion ($3.3 billion) Yas Bay development.
Yas Island has seen a spate of recent hotel openings including the world’s first Warner Bros property, a new W Hotel and the flagship Yas Hotel.
Miral is developing entertainment, hospitality, leisure, sport, dining, retail, and real estate offerings here, including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Links Golf Course, Yas Mall, Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Marina and seven hotels,
The Waterfront district offers entertainment and nightlife attractions, including the Etihad Arena, and a pier which will include 37 cafés and restaurants and 19 retail outlets. Yas Bay will also be home to The Residences and Yas Creative Hub. When it’s complete, the entire project looks to attract 15,000 residents and more than 10,000 business professionals.
