Hilton Launches EventReady with CleanStay Program for Meetings

The response to the COVID-19 pandemic offers comprehensive health and safety protocols for events

Hiltonhttps://www.hilton.com has announced a new program of health and safety measures for meetings and events called EventReady with CleanStay. The program builds on the company’s CleanStay initiative  which was rolled out in June in partnership with RB – makers of Lysol and Dettol – to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

The key tenets of EventReady with CleanStay include:

Cleanliness protocols, addressing every touch point of a meeting experience including room seals for guest and meeting rooms, sanitizing stations in public areas and meeting spaces and EventReady Room Checklist.

Book-to-billing flexibility to provide flexible pricing, space options and contract terms, simplified agreements for small meetings and an EventReady Playbook with guidance on matters like hybrid meetings.

Safe and socially responsible solutions, with Hilton team members partnering with clients to achieve meeting objectives while addressing health and environmental concerns with creative physical distancing meeting sets and meal service, developing inspiring food and beverage menus and sharing environmental impact solutions.

“At Hilton, we’ve always believed in the power of in-person connections and take pride in the exceptional experiences our teams create in partnership with event professionals,” said Chris Nassetta, Hilton’s president and CEO.

“In today’s new normal, we know that people planning and attending events of any size are focused on their health and safety. Hilton Event Ready delivers innovative solutions for the entire event experience – from flexibility in planning and physical distancing protocols to transparency in cleanliness policies and inspiring catering options.”
