Hotel Suite Tour – Fairmont Suite at Fairmont San Jose

The iconic landmark hotel in Downtown San Jose offers 805 spacious and well-appointed guest rooms, including 77 lavish suites and 65,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting and event space.

Here’s a tour of one of the hotel’s Fairmont Suites. There are four of these suites on the top floor and they can all be connected, offering a private floor for VIP and celebrity guests.

Fairmont San Jose is conveniently located in Downtown San Jose, surrounded by some of the city’s most popular attractions. Explore the surrounding city or plan a quick day trip – the hotel is a short drive from redwood forests, wineries, San Francisco and the Monterey peninsula.

We visited the Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk and the Winchester Mystery House (where the only mystery is how they get away with charging $40 per person!).

The Fairmont was the first stop on a luxury Bay Area road trip I did in the 2018 Lexus GX 460 Luxury SUV. I drove to San Jose from Los Angeles, then we continued to Berkeley the next night and finally San Francisco for our final night.

I really enjoyed driving the GX and found it very comfortable on the freeway and on the hilly streets of San Francisco. We had five people, including myself, on the trip and it accommodated us and our luggage nicely.
