Larger Pod Pads Now Available At Pod Hotels Times Square
The Pod Hotels, a group that has several hotels featuring smaller rooms, now has 45 larger “Pod Pads” on the top floors of Pod Times Square in New York, the brand’s flagship property.
The Pod Pads, geared to extended stay or long-term leases, vary from 600 to 800 square feet. Unlike other apartments, there is no broker fee or security deposit needed. Guests can pay by credit card. Rates start at $4,000 per month, and Pod Pads can be booked for up to four months directly through The Pod hotels website. For longer stays, guests can contact the hotel directly.
There are three layouts: one-bedroom, one-bath; small two-bedroom, two-bath and large two-bedroom, two-bath; each unit features a kitchen and living room. Among the hotel amenities are communal spaces and special events, bar and full-service restaurant, housekeeping, cable and WiFi, and concierge.
