Marriott Tri-Brand Plans January Opening in Nashville

The country’s first tri-brand Marriott hotel will open in January 2019 in downtown Nashville.

The 470-room property will be home to a SpringHIll Suites, a Residence Inn and an AC Hotel. It will have two separate lobbies, one for AC Hotels guests and a shared lobby for SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn customers. Guests of the three brands will share amenities, including six food and beverage outlets, a private outdoor rooftop pool and whirlpools, fire pits and cabanas and a resort-style indoor/outdoor pool bar.

They will also share more than 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 21st-floor ballroom featuring 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of Nashville.

The property will feature five different meeting rooms as well as an outdoor terrace and a 3,200-square-foot pre-function area. The spaces offer diverse options for meetings and events, accommodating up to 465 guests for a reception or 355 for a banquet. The hotel is within walking distance of the Nashville Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Lower Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, and Nissan Stadium – home of the Tennessee Titans.
