Meliá Orlando Celebration has launched 10 Stay Well by Delos Suites among the Florida resort’s 289 rooms. The suites, developed in partnership with Delos, a global wellness real estate and technology firm, are designed to enhance the hotel experience and positively impact guests’ health and happiness.
The Stay Well by Delos suites feature products that are designed to help improve air quality, sleep patterns, mindfulness, and energy levels, as well as including a refined cleaning protocol.
“Advocates for internal balance, the suites allow for an environment that is rejuvenating after a long day of exploring,” said Antonio Baez, the resort’s general manager. “With all the attractions and bustle that is part of the Orlando experience, we believe our guests will enjoy returning to a room that encompasses health and relaxation.”
Each Stay Well suite includes a welcome and guided meditation from interactive medicine and wellness pioneer Dr. Deepak Chopra. Guests can relax with mood-enhancing aromatherapy and air purification that allows for crisp, clean air.
Dawn simulation wakes guests gradually and gently, and subtle night lighting offers illumination without disrupting sleep. A soundscape machine also offers a restorative effect following stress and attention fatigue. Bathrooms in the wellness suites feature a shower infuser that reduces chlorine to leave hair and skin feeling softer and smoother.
In addition to in-room features, guests staying in a Stay Well by Delos suite have access to online programs from the Cleveland Clinic that encourage health and well-being.
The Meliá Orlando Celebration is part of Meliá Hotels International, a global hotel chain with more than 380 hotels in over forty countries. Of these, nearly 120 are in the Meliá Hotels & Resorts brand portfolio of city and resort hotels located in major leisure and business destinations of Europe, Asia, Africa, and America.
