Red Roof Offers Co-Working Solution

Red Roof, a leader in upscale economy lodging is reading the difficulty of these uncertain times, especially for workers who are trying to keep some form of business continuity at home.  In response to the abrupt interruption of working environments, Red Roof is offering day rates to help remote workers find quiet and comfortable spaces to allow them to focus.

With closures of non-essential businesses across the nation, including coffee shops, co-working spaces and libraries and other public/private communal working choices where it is possible to find privacy even within a public confine, many workers are trying to find dedicated space at home to work. However, as a result of tighter living quarters due to home schooling mandates and recommendations to practice social distancing. Red Roof is giving workers across the country an alternative option. Its Work Under Our Roof program provides safe, convenient, private and comfortable “workspaces.” Rooms are available at select properties Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6pm with same day check-in and check-out for rates starting at $29.

“An unprecedented number of workers are now required to work remotely and options are very limited during this time. With locations in major cities nationwide, we are opening our doors to help Americans find a solution that works best for them and allows them to continue their professional obligations close to home,” notes Marina MacDonald, Chief Marketing Officer, Red Roof. “The Work Under Our Roof Day Rate provides a private and dedicated space to help those who may not have at-home offices or spaces conducive to working from home.”

Rooms have WiFi and a communication package includes free local and long-distance calls, fax, flat-screen TVs and a workstation, as well as complimentary, in-room coffee in most rooms. And for added comfort, one well-behaved domestic pet – cat or dog – is welcome to tag along as a co-worker for the day free of charge. No more than two (2) guests are allowed to check in to any one room when checking in under the day rate offer. The day rate cannot be used to host meetings.

Guests can book now through May 15 and secure “workspaces” any time through May 31.  RediRewardsmembers and non-members are both eligible for the offer.
