Singapore Airlines has announced it is extending its reduced flight schedule through the end of June in response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. The airline said it will continue to fly to 15 destinations until the end of June. Los Angeles International Airport is the only US gateway which the airline is still operating on a limited schedule.

In addition to LAX, the carrier will fly to following destinations in May and June:

  • Europe: London, Frankfurt, and Zurich
  • North Asia: Chongqing, Seoul, Shanghai, and Tokyo (Narita)
  • Southeast Asia: Bangkok, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Manila
  • South West Pacific: Sydney

A full list of the flight dates can be found at singaporeair.com.

In late March Singapore Airlines announced it would cut 96 percent of its scheduled flights. Singapore Airlines is offering complimentary rebooking for all SIA and SilkAir tickets issued between March 5 and June 30.“SIA and SilkAir will continue to adjust our services in response to the COVID-19 outbreak,” the carrier said in a statement posted on its website.

Customers whose flights were canceled by SIA or SilkAir will retain the full value of the unused portion of their tickets as flight credits, according to the statement. They will also be awarded bonus flight credits when rebooking their travel.

The carrier has a COVID-19 assistance request form on the airline’s website which customers need to submit when rebooking flights, and Singapore Airlines’ agents will contact them. Customers with tickets issued by travel agencies should contact their agents for assistance, the carrier said.
