United Airlines and Peerspace Offer Packaged Deals

Bundled programs for flexible work spaces include flights, meeting space rentals and amenities

Peerspace, a marketplace for booking meeting, production and event spaces, and United Airlines have announced a partnership to bundle flights with meeting space rentals for companies adopting flexible, remote work policies.

The Peerspace program called Team Together offers tiered packages starting at $1,500 per month that include short-term workspace rentals and collaborative spaces for employees to gather in smaller work environments.

Packages that include roundtrip United flights start at $5,000.

Peerspace says the program is designed in response to the COVID-19-driven shift in workplace culture. Packages are suitable for a wide range of business sizes and are customizable to include amenities such as Peerspace discounts on food and beverage services, United Club passes, Economy Plus upgrades and Premier status.

Companies can use an online tool to evaluate the financial benefits of shifting office rent costs into travel and flexible work spaces. Eric Shoup, CEO at Peerspace, said, “As companies continue to embrace remote-first work, Peerspace wants to help them solve the challenge of how to meet in person safely and affordably.”
