World of Hyatt Offers Triple Points
Through Sept. 15, the Bonus Journeys promotion applies to each stay of two nights or more
World of Hyatt is offering members triple points over the coming months during the Bonus Journeys promotion. The triple point reward applies to each stay of two nights or more completed between July 20 and Sept. 15, 2021.
Members must pre-register for the promotion, and can earn a maximum of 120,000 bonus points under the offer (although it can be combined with other current World of Hyatt promotions including Work from Hyatt, Hyatt Night In, and new hotel bonus point offers).
In addition, the program has announced that it is suspending the forfeiture of points until Dec. 31. Previously, the points in inactive accounts had been set to expire on June 30 (points are usually forfeited after 24 months of inactivity).
Hyatt has also further postponed the introduction of new off-peak and peak point redemptions until mid-October.
All unused Free Night, Suite Upgrade and Club Lounge Access awards with expiration dates between March 1, 2020 and Dec. 31, 2020 have been extended to Dec. 31, 2021, and requirements for earning elite tiers in 2021 have been lowered by 50 percent.
